We carefully prepare each item for shipment within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Our design team personally inspects every piece before packaging to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding certain parts of Asia and remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm whether we can deliver to your address.
Tracking Your Order

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our furniture with the same confidence we put into every design. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures resolution with signature Othee efficiency.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Like the functional beauty of our side tables and stools, our policy is designed for both form and purpose.
Important Exception: Custom-made wall shelves and personalized pieces cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature. All sales are final on these design-forward statement pieces.

Receive Return Authorization

Pack items securely in original packaging and attach the provided label. For international returns outside our free return zones, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds process within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
For exchanges (subject to availability):
